Mary Jo Tomsic  believes that massage can be an essential

Elaine Nolan began her massage journey as a regular client of
Carrie Teslof.  After 12 years in retail management and personally
realizing the calming benefits of massage, Elaine felt called to the
profession as a second career.  She attended Connecticut Center
for Massage Therapy and graduated in August of 2011.  With a

Carrie Teslof graduated in 1999 from Down East School of Massage in
Waldoboro, ME.  She decided to go to massage school after suffering from
Gillian Barre Syndrome which left her paralyzed from the neck down for 3
months.  During her recovery, she received physical therapy and
therapeutic massage and knew that is what she wanted to do.  As a
business major and licensed massage therapist, Carrie opened Caring

Chris Nashwinter is a graduate from Connecticut Center for
Massage Therapy (2014).  His main focus is orthopedic massage
